Sono rimasta pienamente soddisfatta del soggiorno presso l’appartamento di Patrizio. L’appartamento era pulitissimo, molto luminoso, curato e confortevole (gli spazi sono ampi e ben organizzati), inoltre si trova in una posizione molto comoda. Patrizio è stato molto disponibile nella sua accoglienza, sia per l’orario di check-in, sia nel tenerci le valigie oltre l’orario di check-out. Decisamente consigliato!!

We had an amazing stay in Marcello’s apartment – it was perfectly clean, exactly as described, and in a perfect location. I’ve never felt more welcomed and accommodated in an Airbnb – with breakfast left for us and guides of the city and the apartment, our stay in Bologna was a breeze! The restaurant we tried off the list of recommendations was incredible, as well as an amazing gelateria. Marcello communicated with us quickly and was very helpful, and he even let us keep our bags in his office after we checked out. I would recommend this place wholeheartedly, thanks for everything!

A fantastic apartment, and Marcello was very welcoming; excellent communication, great guides to both the apartment and the city. The apartment is right in the centre, but not at all noisy, exactly as described – a real find and would stay there again!

I strongly recommend Patrizio’s place and him as a outstanding host. I’ve booked his place for my parents (they don’t speak foreign language) and I was a bit worried how the trip will be. Despite that all concerns disappear at the time I got in touch with Patrizio. Communication with his is super easy and fast and … well he is just awesome. I think people like him make the airbnb truly special and they are the face of this company. About his apartment – the feedback from my Mom was – “Here it is sparkling clean” – these words from a mother are equivalent to pharmacy cleanness. I hope I received this feedback back in time when I use to clean (occasionally my room). Location – perfect. If you don’t plan visiting the lovely cities close to Bologna with the train – you won’t spend any money for public transport – it is very central and close to everything. Communication with Patrizio – absolutely flawless. Patrzio, thank you once again !
